Sales Creators and affiliates will work with your company to insure the success of this program. Once we have specific areas that you want to improve or increase, we will tailor an Incentive Promotion Program for your company. Most programs focus on specific areas and include tasks that emphasize direct changes in order to set a new benchmark. At the beginning of the program, each employee is given a list of specific tasks with work standards for their job. A point value is assigned for each task and a unique value is allocated for results in problem areas. These areas are designated as important, so a higher value is given for maximum effort, therefore the person can receive more points. Sales Creators can assist in many areas: assigning values to jobs, selection of the important tasks, providing a daily scorecard for each employee to record their daily progress, and monitoring. Each department has a group scoreboard so each employee can see the progress of their competition. An introduction and/or a monthly newsletter add a motivating touch. One effective method encompasses sending a newsletter to the employees' homes inviting the spouse or travel companion to provide support and encouragement to your employee. After all, many programs and contests are designed to give the WINNER a trip for two, so the employee has their choice of who to take with them!
